Description
Wagon wheel pasta mixed with Caesar dressing and sun-dried tomatoes. Super simple and delicious, this isn’t your traditional red sauce pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Wagon Wheel Pasta
- 8-½ ounces, weight Sun-Dried Tomatoes, Drained
- 8 ounces, fluid Asiago Caesar Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Preparation
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Drain pasta and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Put drained pasta in a bowl.
3. Toss pasta with the sun-dried tomatoes and dressing until all the noodles are coated.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Top with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
6. Refrigerate until you are ready to serve. This is best served cold.
