Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 Onion, Diced
- 1 Pepper, Diced
- 1 Chicken Breast, Cubed Or Sliced
- 150 grams Prawns, Peeled And Cleaned
- 150 grams Smoked Pork Sausage, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Cajun Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Preparation
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large shallow pan over medium heat. Sauté garlic, onion, pepper and chicken for 5 minutes.
Add prawns and smoked sausage and cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in Cajun seasoning and oregano. Season to taste and cook for another minute or until chicken is ready.
Serve with crispy potatoes or rice.
