Filled with creamy white chocolate, yellow cake mix, and colorful sprinkles, you’ll find a new reason to celebrate with this Cake Batter Popcorn.
Ingredients
- 8 cups Popped Popcorn
- 10 ounces, weight White Chocolate Chips Or Wafers
- ¼ cups Dry Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 Tablespoons Rainbow Sprinkles
Preparation
Line two baking pans with parchment paper. Set aside.
Pour popcorn into a large bowl and set aside.
In a medium bowl, melt chocolate chips until smooth, stirring every 15–20 seconds so it doesn’t burn. Pour white chocolate and cake mix over popcorn and stir gently until fully combined. Gently fold in rainbow sprinkles.
Pour popcorn onto lined baking pans and let set until hardened. Once popcorn is set, break into pieces and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
