Caramel Pumpkin Latte

    Description

    My new favorite drink. Perfect for fall!

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup Milk
    • ½ cups Water
    • 1 teaspoon Instant Coffee
    • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
    • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
    • 1-½ Tablespoon Sugar
    • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin (canned Pumpkin Or Pumpkin Pie Filling, Etc.)
    • ½ Tablespoons Caramel Syrup, Plus 1 Teaspoon (optional) For Topping
    • ¼ cups Whipped Cream Or Cool Whip (optional)

    Preparation

    Combine all ingredients (except whipped cream and 1 teaspoon caramel syrup) in a blender and blend till well combined.

    Pour into a large mug and heat in the microwave for 1 – 2 minutes.

    Top with whipped cream and drizzle with additional caramel syrup if desired.

    I make this with decaf coffee and my girls consume it as fast as they can.

    Note: This makes a VERY large latte. I usually end up filling my large mug and then having enough for a small cup for one of my daughters.
