Description
French fries topped with carne asada, melted cheese and guacamole! A dinner that will please even your pickiest eater!
Ingredients
- 1 bag (1 Lb. Size) Frozen French Fries
- 1 pound Carne Asada (store Bought Or Homemade)
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, Shredded
- Guacamole, As Desired For Serving
- Diced Tomatoes, As Desired For Serving
- Sliced Jalapeno Peppers, As Desired For Serving
- Sour Cream, As Desired For Serving
Preparation
Cook fries according to package directions. Remove them from the oven but leave them on the baking tray. Leave the oven on.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium high heat. Cook carne asada for 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes. Thinly slice, against the grain.
Top fries with cheese. Return tray to the oven and allow cheese to melt. Remove from the oven and top with carne asada, guacamole, tomatoes, jalapeno, and sour cream.
