If one of your resolutions is to eat more veggies, this Carrot, Apple and Turmeric Smoothie is for you. It’s bright, beautiful and full of goodness.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Coconut Water
- 1 bunch Carrots
- 1 whole Apple
- ½ teaspoons Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
- 3 cubes Ice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a high-powered blender. If the smoothie is too thick add more coconut water. If it’s too thin add another cube of ice or another carrot.
