A delicious fruit and veggie smoothie that goes down easy.
Ingredients
- 2 whole Carrots, Peeled & Chopped
- ½ cups Pure Florida Orange Juice (no Pulp)
- ½ teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cups Plain Yogurt
- 1 dash Ground Ginger
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 dash Cinnamon
Preparation
Add carrot pieces into the blender and pulse several times. Add remaining ingredients and blend several minutes on high, until smooth.
Serve in a chilled glass and enjoy!
