A healthy, nutritious and delicious summer treat for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • ½ teaspoons Almond Extract
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it until smooth. Blend the smoothie a little longer to make sure it is completely smooth.

Pour the smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours on the top freezer shelf.
