Description

This coffee creamer taste luxuriously rich and sweet, but is made from ultra healthy ingredients like cashews and dates! Easy to make!

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Cashews
  • 3 whole Pitted Medjool Dates (may Add More For Sweetener Creamer)
  • 1-½ cup Water, Divided
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • Stevia, To Taste (optional)

Preparation

Soak cashews and dates in 1 cup water overnight (or at least 10 hours).

Pour out water, add soaked cashews and dates and remaining 1/2 cup fresh water to blender. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt (just a pinch) and stevia drops if desired.

Blend for 1 minute on high until creamy. Chill in fridge overnight for best results. Good for 5–7 days in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
