Cashew Vanilla Smoothie

    Description

    This smooth and rich drink will keep you full until lunch time or while you are out around town!

    Ingredients

    • ¼ cups Raw Cashews
    • ½ cups Water
    • 1  Peeled, Sliced And Frozen Banana
    • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    • 1 teaspoon Honey

    Preparation

    Put the cashews into a heat proof bowl. Boil 1/2 cup of water and add that to the cashews. Let them soak for 15 minutes. Then put the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Add 1/4 cup of crushed ice, banana, vanilla, and honey. Blend again until smooth. Serve immediately.
