Description
These spiced pecans are delicious and addictive.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Superfine Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Ground Chai Tea
- ½ teaspoons Salt
- 1 whole Egg White
- 1 Tablespoon Water
- 1 pound Pecans Raw
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
Line a baking sheet with foil. In a large bowl add sugar, tea, salt, egg white and water. Let stand 10 minutes for the sugar to dissolve. Add pecans. Transfer to baking sheet and bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
Store in an airtight container.
