Enjoy this modern twist to the traditional chai!

Ingredients

  • 1 bag (Individual Size) Tea
  • 8 ounces, fluid Hot Water
  • 3 ounces, fluid Milk
  • 1 ounce, fluid Bourbon
  • ¼ ounces, fluid Amaretto (an Almond-flavored Liqueur)
  • ¼ ounces, fluid Grand Marnier (an Orange-flavored Liqueur)
  • 1  Lemon Wedge
  • 3 whole Cloves

Preparation

Brew tea in hot water for 3–4 minutes. Remove tea bag.

In a saucepan, combine tea mixture and milk. Simmer, stirring occasionally.

Pour into a coffee mug. Add bourbon, amaretto and Grand Marnier. Stir briefly.

Stud lemon wedge with the cloves and add to mixture.
