Description
Calming and comforting chamomile tea.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Chamomile Leaves
- Twine, About 4 Inches Per Tea Bag
- Cheesecloth, About One 5-inch Square Per Serving
- Hot Water
Preparation
1. Hang the chamomile bouquet upside down by a thread until dry and brittle (about 5 days).
2. Snip off the buds and place 1 tablespoon of buds into a small square of cheesecloth. Tie it up with the twine.
3. Steep the ‘bag’ in hot water for 3 minutes.
Note: This recipe makes 3 tea bags.
