Ingredients
- 4 Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes
- 16 Nut-Thin Crackers
- 16 leaves Fresh Basil
- 16 slices Chipotle Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cups Fig Spread
- 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
Preparation
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, and then in half crosswise.
Place crackers on a tray. Top each cracker with a basil leaf. Top with 1 slice of cheese and a dollop of fig spread. Top with tomatoes and drizzle with honey.
