    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Lean (93%) Ground Beef (ground Turkey Can Be Substituted)
    • 1 whole Egg
    • 1 whole Egg White
    • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
    • 2 Tablespoons Italian Breadcrumbs
    • 2 Tablespoons Ground Flaxseed
    • 2 teaspoons Dried Minced Onion
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • ½ teaspoons Coarse Ground Garlic Salt
    • ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
    • 16 cubes (Small Size, To Fit Inside Of A Meatball) Cheddar Cheese

    Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine ground beef, eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
    3. Add breadcrumbs, flax seed and seasonings and mix well.
    4. Take 2 tablespoons of meat and wrap it around 1 cheese cube forming a ball. You will get about 15-16 meatballs depending on how accurate your 2 tablespoon measurement was.
    5. Place them on a foil lined and greased rimmed cookie sheet.
    6. Bake for 17-18 minutes. Remove from oven.
    7. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
    8. Roasted veggies and potatoes make a great side for this. Meatballs reheat well for leftovers.
