A quick and healthy dinner for any night of the week.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces, weight Meatballs (I Used Aidell’s Meatballs)
- 2 cups Quinoa, Cooked
- 1 cup Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- ½ cups Fresh Basil, Shredded
Preparation
Reheat meatballs in a skillet. When thoroughly heated, add cooked quinoa and continue to saute to warm through.
When heated, add tomatoes and cheese, toss gently and remove from heat. Add fresh basil and serve.
