    Description

    Yummy beef patties with shredded cheese mixed right in!

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Ground Beef
    • ½ cups Crushed Saltine Crackers
    • ¼ cups Diced Onion
    • ¼ teaspoons Salt
    • Pepper To Taste
    • ½ cups Shredded Cheese (up To Double This Amount If Desired)
    • 1 pound Pasta Of Your Choice, Cooked According To Package Instructions
    • 1 cup Prepared Brown Gravy (homemade Or From A Mix)

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Use your hands or a fork to mix.

    Preheat an electric skillet to medium or heat a large skillet on the stove on medium for a couple minutes.

    On a piece of wax paper or foil, make six to eight equal-sized piles of the meat mixture. Form each pile into a patty.

    Place the patties in the skillet, cover and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with pasta and gravy.
