Description
A classic comfort food appetizer with a healthy twist. Quinoa helps make these sausage balls healthier, without losing any great flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Pork Sausage (reduced Fat)
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoons Black Pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Roll into 1½ inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until cooked through.
