A margarita with a savory touch.
Ingredients
- 1 Lime (Quartered, For Rimming Glasses And Garnish)
- Margarita Salt
- 1 cup Frozen Cherries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- ½ cups Blackberries
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 2 cups Ice (Crushed Or Cubes)
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Sweet Basil
- ½ cups Grapefruit Juice
- 4 ounces, fluid Tequila
- 2 Tablespoons Honey, Or To Taste
- 2 sprigs Sweet Basil, For Garnish
Preparation
Rub a quarter lime around the rim of the serving glasses and dip the rims in margarita salt. Set aside.
In a blender, add cherries, raspberries, blackberries, lime juice, ice, basil, grapefruit juice and tequila. Blend on the smoothie setting. Taste and add honey to the desired sweetness.
Pour into the serving glasses, and garnish with lime and basil. Serve right away.
