Fresh cherry butterscotch blondie bars.
Ingredients
- 3 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1-½ cup Butter, Melted
- 3 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-½ cups Flour
- 2 cups Cherries
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a quarter sheet tray and put parchment on the bottom.
In a mixing bowl, add brown sugar and salt. Add melted butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, then flour. Fold in cherries with a spatula.
Pour batter into prepared quarter sheet tray. Bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting, and enjoy!
