Description
These Chex Mix Treats are crunchy, salty, sweet and loaded with gooey marshmallows.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Sweet ‘n Salty Chex Mix
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 5 cups Mini Marshmallows
Preparation
1. Lightly coat an 8×8 square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Pour Chex Mix into a large bowl. Set aside.
3. In a medium pot over low heat, melt butter.
4. Add marshmallows into the melted butter and stir constantly until mixture is smooth.
5. Remove from heat and pour over cereal. Gently stir until cereal is completed coated.
6. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press down lightly.
7. Let it set for about a half hour or until firm. Cut into squares and serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
