Description

Chia seed pudding is a simple and delicious way to easily get the benefits of chia seeds. It takes minutes to make and has enough protein and nutrients to be a quick, on-the-go breakfast option. This is the beauty of chia pudding. Once you have the chia seed-to-liquid ratio right, the flavour possibilities are endless.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¾ cups Almond Milk
  • ¼ cups Chia Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Honey

Preparation

Add all ingredients into a bowl, stir and place in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes or overnight.

Top with banana, granola, nut butter and enjoy!
