Description
The perfect light side for breakfast – can be made with ground chicken, turkey, or pork.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground Chicken, Turkey, Or Pork
- 1 whole Egg
- ¼ cups Fresh Bread Crumbs
- ½ whole Small Onion, Finely Chopped
- 1 whole Clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- ½ teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Carefully mix, using a fork or your fingers until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 1 ½” balls. Flatten slightly.
Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil. Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side until light golden brown and cooked through.
Yields: 16 small sausage patties
