Chicken and Thyme Sausage Patties

    Description

    The perfect light side for breakfast – can be made with ground chicken, turkey, or pork.

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound Ground Chicken, Turkey, Or Pork
    • 1 whole Egg
    • ¼ cups Fresh Bread Crumbs
    • ½ whole Small Onion, Finely Chopped
    • 1 whole Clove Garlic, Minced
    • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
    • 1 teaspoon Dried Sage
    • ¾ teaspoons Salt
    • ½ teaspoons Pepper
    • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

    Preparation

    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the oil. Carefully mix, using a fork or your fingers until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 1 ½” balls. Flatten slightly.

    Heat a pan over medium heat. Add oil. Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side until light golden brown and cooked through.

    Yields: 16 small sausage patties
