Description
Tender, golden chicken breasts with a sweet and spicy citrus glaze make for a fabulous 15-minute weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- ½ teaspoons Salt And Pepper
- 4 pieces Wafer Thin Chicken Breasts
- ½ cups Orange Marmalade
- 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoons Aleppo, Crushed Red Pepper Or Cayenne
Preparation
Heat oil in 12-inch pan until shimmering.
Salt and pepper chicken on both sides and add to pan. Cook without moving for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a microwave safe measuring cup or bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stirring once halfway through.
Flip chicken breasts over and spoon glaze over them. Cook for 2 minutes, or until cooked through.
Notes:
1. If you don’t have a grill pan, no worries, just use a regular sauté pan.
2. If some don’t want it spicy, omit chile pepper when mixing glaze and sprinkle it on after for those who want it.
