Description
Bacon can add a lot of flavor to a dish with just a small amount.
Ingredients
- ¼ whole Red Onion, Chopped
- 2 strips Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 2 whole Chipotle Peppers Canned In Adobo Sauce, Chopped
- ¼ teaspoons Liquid Smoke
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
- Salt And Fresh Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
Preparation
In a small nonstick skillet, saute onion over medium heat until softened (you may use olive oil spray if desired).
Add all ingredients into a large food processor and puree until well-combined.
Serve with tortilla chips.
