Flavorful, moist chicken for the perfect game day nachos!
Ingredients
- FOR THE CHIPOTLE RANCH DIP:
- 2 cups Stonyfield Double Cream
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Size) Simply Organic Chiptole Ranch Dip
- FOR THE NACHOS:
- 8 ounces, weight Shredded Chicken
- 1 cup Chipotle Ranch Dip (see Below)
- Tortilla Chips, As Needed
- ¾ cups Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ cups Diced Tomatoes
- Cilantro For Garnish
Preparation
For the chipotle ranch dip:
Mix ingredients for dip until combined. (Note: This makes 2 cups ranch dip. You will have leftover dip.)
For the nachos:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix chicken and chipotle ranch dip until combined.
Place tortilla chips in a oven proof dish. Top with chicken and cheese. Add more chips and repeat. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
Top with tomatoes, cilantro, and any other favorite nacho toppings.
