Description
A perfect, simple snack made with dark chocolate and almonds.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces, fluid Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, Coarsely Chopped
- ½ cups Almonds, Lightly Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt (optional)
Preparation
In a medium pot over medium high heat, add about 1 inch of water to boil. Place a bowl on top. Add coarsely chopped chocolate. Stir chocolate frequently to ensure all chocolate melts. Once all chocolate is melted, remove bowl from pot and set aside.
Add chopped almonds and stir. Pour onto a 9×13 inch pan covered with parchment paper. Spread mixture thinly. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Remove and cut into desired size pieces. Enjoy!
