Chocolate Almond Granola

Description

Chocolate almond granola is the new thing. Make a big batch of these chocolatey clusters and serve with yogurt or milk for a hearty, filling, sweet, and guilt-free breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Agave Nectar (or Any Liquid Sweetener)
  • ¼ cups Yogurt Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 whole Egg White
  • ¼ cups Almonds, Chopped Or Sliced
  • ¼ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325ºF and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Add oats and cocoa powder to a bowl.

Combine agave nectar, yogurt butter, vanilla and egg white in a small bowl and mix well.

Fold into the oats and add the almonds and chocolate, stirring well to coat.

Once mixture is well combined, pour onto the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Stir once.

Let cool and enjoy!
