A delicious and easy 6 ingredient shake using a vegan protein powder and 3 kinds of fruit.
Ingredients
- 1 Banana, Peeled And Frozen
- ½ cups Blueberries, Frozen
- ½ cups Strawberries, Frozen
- 1-½ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
- ⅛ teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
- 1-½ ounce, weight Vega One Chocolate Protein Powder
Preparation
Cut the frozen banana into pieces before adding to a blender. Add the other ingredients into the blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth. Serve!
Notes:
– If your drink it too thick, add in more dairy free milk.
– You can use fresh fruit, but you will need to add in some ice to thicken it if you do.
