We planned to make peanut butter bars but couldn’t resist tossing in walnuts, almonds and Macadamia nuts. Crunchy. Satisfying. Decadent.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Crushed Graham Cracker
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Honey
- ¼ cups Chopped Almonds
- ¼ cups Chopped Walnuts
- ¼ cups Macadamia Nuts
- ⅔ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ⅔ cups Butterscotch Chips
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together graham crackers, peanut butter, melted butter, and honey. Fold in almonds, walnuts, and Macadamia nuts. Spread mixture across bottom of an ungreased 8-inch square glass pan.
In another bowl, microwave chocolate and butterscotch chips until melted. Stir to swirl. Pour onto top of the nut mixture, and distribute evenly. Place pan in refrigerator to cool.
