I’d say sorry for posting such a sinful recipe … but really, I’m not sorry. Not even a little bit. It’s just too good!
Ingredients
- 3 To 4 Generous Scoops Of Vanilla Ice Cream (We Used Haagen-Dazs)
- 1 slice Chocolate Cake, Cut In 1-inch Pieces (chocolate Frosting Included), Divided
- 2 Tablespoons (or So) Milk
Preparation
Add ice cream, half the chocolate cake pieces and milk to a bowl. Use an immersion blender to blend until almost smooth. Gradually add more milk, if needed, for consistency.
Garnish with remaining chocolate cake pieces. Serve immediately.
