Description
An easy, one-bowl recipe for chocolate chip cookie dough rolled into bite-sized servings.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Unsalted Butter Or Coconut Oil
- ¾ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ⅔ teaspoons Stevia
- ¼ cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- ¾ cups Oat Flour (gluten-free If Necessary)
- ⅛ teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Place a sheet of parchment or wax paper on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, stir butter, vanilla, stevia, and almond milk. Place in the microwave on high for 30 seconds to 1 minute to warm the milk and melt the butter. Give everything a good stir to incorporate.
Stir in oat flour and salt until everything is combined. Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula.
Roll into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet. Store extra bites in an airtight container in your fridge. Enjoy!
