Chocolate Hazelnut Ice Cream

Description

Delicious chocolate ice cream mixed in with dark chocolate chunks and chopped hazelnuts. This ice cream is so chocolaty and creamy, you would never know it was made with bananas.

Ingredients

  • 4  Bananas
  • 4 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cups Nutella Hazelnut Spread
  • Chopped Hazelnuts, To Mix In
  • Chopped Dark Chocolate Or Dark Chocolate Chips, To Mix In

Preparation

Slice bananas and place in the freezer for about 2 or 3 hours.

In a food processor or blender, blend frozen banana slices, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Add Nutella and blend until nice and creamy.

In a freezer-safe container, add a layer of the ice cream mixture and top that with a few chopped hazelnuts and chopped dark chocolate. Then add the rest of the ice cream mixture on top of that and add the rest of the hazelnuts and chocolate.

Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
