Description

A healthy alternative to store bought chocolate milk, made with all natural ingredients. It is perfect for a post workout energy and muscle recovery drink. It will satisfy that chocolate craving and is super filling.

Ingredients

  • 2  Peeled Then Frozen Bananas
  • 1 cup Homemade Or Store Bought Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Either Hemp Protein Powder Or Ground Hemp Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder (double This Amount If Desired)
  • 1 teaspoon Sukrim Gold All Natural Sweetner Or Truvia
  • ½ Tablespoons Agave Nectar/Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ⅓ cups Water, To Help If Its Too Thick To Blend Well

Preparation

It’s very simple. Add all of the ingredients into a blender, put the lid on and mix until smooth! Then pour onto your favourite glass and drink up. Yum … Chocolate why are you so deliciously satisfying!

After this is mixed up, I am sure it makes enough for 2 people, but do not feel guilty drinking this all by yourself. I mean, I did and I loved it. It filled me up really well!
