This is a super a quick and easy way to make guilt-free chocolate ice cream. The secret? Frozen bananas!
Ingredients
- 2 Frozen Bananas, Sliced Into Small Rounds
- 1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tablespoon Sliced Almonds For Topping (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips, For Topping (optional)
Preparation
In a food processor or good quality blender, blitz frozen bananas and cocoa until it it reaches ice cream consistency, about 3–5 minutes. Scoop out your nice cream into a bowl and top with whatever you like! Chocolate chips, slivers of almond, crushed peanuts, and shredded coconut are all good ideas.
