Ingredients
- ½ cups 1% Milk
- ½ cups Yogurt (I Use Greek Yogurt)
- ¼ cups Cooked Instant Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Chocolate Syrup
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Cocoa Powder
Preparation
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend together 2 minutes. Creamy, smooth and delicious!
