Chocolate Pancakes

    Description

    A guilt-free, fluffy chocolate pancake that tastes like a piece of cake.

    Ingredients

    • ⅓ cups Greek Yogurt
    • 2 whole Egg Whites
    • ½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
    • ⅓ cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    • 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
    • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
    • ½ teaspoons Sugar
    • 1 pinch Salt
    • Sprinkles, For Garnish (optional)

    Preparation

    Mix Greek yogurt, egg whites and vanilla extract into a small bowl.

    In a separate bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.

    Combine and whisk till evenly mixed (If batter seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk).

    Heat a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Once it’s hot, place 1/4-cup batter onto the skillet and cook till bubbles start appearing through the top of the pancake and then flip, about 1-2 minutes on each side.

    Add sprinkles to make it pretty!
