Description
Gluten and dairy-free chocolate and peanut butter waffles.
Ingredients
- 210 grams Gluten Free Self Raising Flour
- 2 Tablespoons Caster Sugar
- 225 milliliters Dairy Free Natural Yoghurt
- 45 grams Dairy Free Spread, Melted
- 1 Egg
- 150 milliliters Dairy Free Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 4 Tablespoons Dairy Free Chocolate Spread
Preparation
To make the waffles, combine all the ingredients (except the chocolate spread) in a large bowl and mix until light and fluffy.
Heat waffle iron and spray with olive oil. Pour mixture into waffle iron and cook for 8 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooked, spread waffles with dairy free chocolate spread. Sandwich two waffles together and slice diagonally.
