Filled with a chocolate cheesecake batter and peanut butter, this Chocolate Peanut Butter Cheesecake Mousse is the perfect dessert!
Ingredients
- 16 ounces, weight Fat Free Cream Cheese, Softened
- 4 Tablespoons Zing™ Baking Blend
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 4 Tablespoons Milk, Or More As Needed
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter, Slightly Melted
Preparation
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and Zing™ Baking Blend with a hand mixer or stand mixer with fitted paddle attachment until light and fluffy. Add cocoa powder and honey. Mix until combined. Add 4-5 tablespoons of milk, or until it reaches your desired consistency. Gently fold in peanut butter until just combined.
Spoon mixture into four glasses or into a medium trifle or bowl. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until set. Enjoy!
