Description
Sweet and salty granola that is perfectly delicious and not just for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 3 cups Oats
- 1 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1 cup Honey Roasted Peanuts
- ½ cups Coconut Oil
- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cups Unsweetened Dark Cocoa Powder
- ¾ cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 275ºF.
2. On a sheet pan, spread out the oats, coconut and peanuts.
3. In a saucepan, combine the coconut oil, peanut butter, cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla. Heat together over low heat while stirring until you have a smooth even chocolate sauce.
4. Pour the chocolate sauce over the oats, coconut and nuts and using a spatula, gently stir the oats and nuts until they are evenly coated.
5. Bake the granola for 45 minutes at 275ºF until crispy. Store in an airtight container.
