A taste of fall for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 whole Banana, Peeled
- ⅓ cups Pureed Pure Pumpkin (canned, Make Sure It’s Pure Pumpkin And Not The Pumpkin Pie Filling)
- ½ cups Fat-free Chocolate Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ½ Tablespoons Ground Flax Seed
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- ¼ cups Ice
Preparation
Cut banana into chunks. Add banana and all remaining ingredients into a blender (or the cup that comes with an immersion blender) and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Serve and enjoy!
Fat-free chocolate milk can be subbed for 1/2 cup skim chocolate milk and a scoop of chocolate protein powder OR chocolate soy or almond milk!
