Chocolate quinoa crispies are great for breakfast or a snack! They’ll satisfy any sweet tooth and have a great texture.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
- 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
- 2 teaspoons Honey
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Prep a medium baking sheet and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cocoa powder and honey. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Serve as desired!
