Description
This light, fluffy dessert combines the perfect mixture of creamy chocolate and fresh strawberries. A sweet ending to any summer dinner.
Ingredients
- 1-⅓ cup Heavy Whipping Cream, Plus 1/4 Cup If Needed
- 4 Tablespoons Agave, Or Other Sweetner
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- ¼ cups Chocolate Chips
- 4 Large Strawberries, Diced
Preparation
Use electric mixer to whip 1 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream for 5 minutes. Add sweetener and mix again for another 2 minutes. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth. If a bit chunky, add remaining 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream and mix another 2–3 minutes.
Use blender or food processor to chop chocolate chips.
Add a couple of tablespoons of fluff to a small dessert cup. Sprinkle with chocolate, top with strawberries. Repeat, enjoy!
