Description
A simple granola bar topped with chocolate yogurt frosting.
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Butter
- ¼ cups Sugar
- ¼ cups Peanut Butter
- ¼ cups Honey
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 cup Crisped Rice Cereal
- ½ packages (about 12 Oz. Size) Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cups Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Or Plain
Preparation
Place butter, sugar, peanut butter, and honey in a microwave safe dish, and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until butter is melted and ingredients are combined and runny.
Pour over oats and cereal, and toss to coat. Press mixture into a quarter sheet pan, using a pancake turner to smooth the top. Chill for about 10 minutes before frosting.
For frosting, melt chocolate chips in microwave, in 30-second intervals, stirring between each. Mix in yogurt. Spread evenly over granola bars.
Cut into 18 long pieces. Store in refrigerator.
