Description

This punch is great for parties! It is fresh and fizzy and so good!

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces, weight Box Of Cherry Jello
  • 5 cups Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice
  • 46 ounces, fluid Can Of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce, fluid Almond Flavoring
  • 2 cups Sugar (or Substitute)
  • 3 bottles (2 Liter Bottle) 7-Up

Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling water, remove from stove and add lemon juice, pineapple juice and almond flavoring. Stir until blended. Pour in a container that will hold at least 2 quarts. I use a large polycarbonate food storage container. Freeze overnight.

Remove from the freezer 4 hours before serving. In a punch bowl, pour 7-Up over the jello mixture to form a slush. You can use 2 -3 bottles of 7-Up based on how strong or weak you like the punch.
