A chunky and creamy guacamole, with bacon!
Ingredients
- 2 whole Large Avocados, Divided
- ¼ cups Finely Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1-½ Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
- 3 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
Preparation
Using a fork, mash one of your avocados in a small bowl. Cut the other avocado into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
Stir onion, garlic, cilantro, bacon, and lemon juice into the mashed avocado. Then gently fold in bite-sized avocado chunks.
