Cinnamon Banana Pancakes

Description

Amazingly delicious and amazingly easy! A great way to use up those bananas sitting on your counter!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons Oil
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation

First take your banana and mash it up. Just take a fork and mush her right up!

In one bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir with a fork to combine. In another bowl, add the egg, mashed banana, oil, milk, and vanilla. Stir to combine.

Combine the two bowls and stir to combine. Start putting batter on the griddle. Once it starts bubbling, it’s ready to flip.

Once both sides are cooked, serve with syrup and sliced banana. Yum!
