Cinnamon Biscuit Crunchies

Description

My mom used to make these for breakfast when my sister and I would have sleepovers. Now I get to make them for my girls! Our favorites are grape and cherry. Yum!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cinnamon (more Or Less To Taste)
  • 1 can (16.3 Oz. Can) Biscuits (I Use Grands)
  • 1 stick Butter Or Margarine, Melted
  • 8 teaspoons Jam Or Jelly – Your Favorite Flavor(s)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.

Dip each biscuit in melted butter and turn to coat. Then dip into the sugar-cinnamon combo and coat well.

Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and with your thumb, make a deep well in the center of each biscuit. Fill the well of each biscuit with a teaspoon of your favorite jam or jelly.

Bake according to package directions.
