Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana, Broken Into Chunks
- 3 Ice Cubes
- 1 cup Flax Milk With Protein
- 1 Scoop (30g Size) Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoons L-glutamine Powder
- ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Palm Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Finely Ground Coffee Beans
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Gluten-free Oats
- 2 teaspoons Cashew Butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! (If your blender is big enough, you can double or even triple the recipe to feed more people.)
