Description

This delicious, energizing, and gluten-free smoothie is reminiscent of cinnamon buns and coffee. It’s one of those healthy breakfast treats!

Ingredients

  • 1  Frozen Banana, Broken Into Chunks
  • 3  Ice Cubes
  • 1 cup Flax Milk With Protein
  • 1  Scoop (30g Size) Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoons L-glutamine Powder
  • ¼ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Palm Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Finely Ground Coffee Beans
  • 2 Tablespoons Whole Gluten-free Oats
  • 2 teaspoons Cashew Butter

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy! (If your blender is big enough, you can double or even triple the recipe to feed more people.)
