Description
A creamy, thick, high protein smoothie made with gluten free oats, fresh pear and a hint of cinnamon.
Ingredients
- ½ cups Pear, Shredded
- ¼ cups Rolled Oats
- ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoons Stevia To Taste
- ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
- ¾ cups Non-fat Milk Or More Only If Needed
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a pinch more milk.
