    Description

    A creamy, thick, high protein smoothie made with gluten free oats, fresh pear and a hint of cinnamon.

    Ingredients

    • ½ cups Pear, Shredded
    • ¼ cups Rolled Oats
    • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoons Stevia To Taste
    • ½ cups Greek Yogurt, Plain 0% Fat
    • ¾ cups Non-fat Milk Or More Only If Needed

    Preparation

    Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a pinch more milk.
